The View is of course great. HOWEVER, ...not once, ...not twice, ...not three times, but FOUR TIMES me and my party have been treated so badly, it has ruined my stay at the Claremont Hotel. The last painful encounter with staff ended with a nonsensical and very embarrassing argument with the restaurant manager. Worst of all, each of these heinous experiences in the presents of family and friends who I had planed to treat--the last being truly abhorrent in front of my mom and daughter. -- I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!
