The worst customer service I've ever seen. It seems like there must be a huge demand for the 3G iphone. I went into the store and ordered the phone and the rep was very nice. She stated that they would give me a call or email when the phone arrived. I waited two weeks and tracked it with fed ex. Apparently the phone was in the ATT store for 10 days. I called the Belmont store to see if it was there. The person who answered the phone said that they needed to track down the phone and a manager will call me back within 2 hours. Two hours? No one called. I called back and they said that it should be there later on this afternoon. Later this afternoon?! I said it should be there now and he "went to check again" and found it "way in the back tucked in the corner". Chris was very polite but he seemed to be covering up for everyone else.
