Hello, I am in Bakerfiled, CA on business and I stopped at the Wendy's on North Oswell street, Bakerfiled CA.\t\n\t\nI ordered side salad and chicken nugget at the drive through, there were no indication that anything was wrong. However the cashier Jesiree attempted to shield and hide a young man twisting a liquid from a towel into the salad. There were enough of the liquid to seep through the bag and I certainly didn't eat any of the food and have pictures and a copy of the receipt.\t\n\t\nI attempted to call and talk to their manager but no one answer the phone. I called 1 800 number on the bag and was told that they don't handle customer service at this store and suggested I go to the tell wendys website. I went to the tell Wendys website and it also said that it did not handle complaint from this store. \t\n\t\nThis store #3 as described by my receipt is apparently independent and there is no limit to it bad behavior. \t\n\t\nClearly this store is a danger to the general public. Many people expect an honest level of service from Wendy's and Will have no clue that this Wendys store#3 is different. ...read more
