This place was a huge disappointment. I was treated horribly by the two men at the counter. One had a faux hawk, the other one was tiny and short with a shaved head. They did not greet me with a hello, a smile, nothing but angry frowns and treated me like I was bothering them by placing my order. I had a very small order for two hot dogs, got charged $1.50 for a cup of water,and their attitudes ruined the whole experience.I didn't even want to stay there and eat, but my kids were looking forward to it so we stayed.I did not enjoy the food or customer service at all. In business, word of mouth can be the best or the WORST form of advertising so I plan to tell everyone about my experience. Carnival needs to appreciate the customers they have and treat everyone with respect NOT like customers are a bother! If this were the first time I would not have written this. This is the seventh time I have driven through the drive thru only to find out when I got to my destination that all of the food WAS NOT IN THE BAG!!!!!! I sat there today at the window and waited for a while. Then the bag was handed to me and I drove away. I did not think to check the bag!!!!!! I am so glad that the commercial "have it your way" no longer exists because it would be an untruth. I just got off of the phone with a manager and he said that tomorrow I could have a free meal and that is very kind of him. He said that they always double check the bags but apparently I was the person whose bag they did not check. I know how demanding working window can be in fast food. I worked fast food most of my undergraduate life. There was even a lot of people on the front line this morning. I just wish that if you paid for the food you could get it.
