When I turn to a professional to preform services, I expect them done well. ESPECIALLY if im going to pay good money! The Geek Squad not only talked to me as if I was stupid, the work they completed was mediocre at best. I dont understand how a company like this remains in business. If youre lacking talent, at least have good customer service! I was so upset with my recent experience there I cant imagine myself ever returning to have more services rendered. I saw an ad for a company called Secure Remote Support and when I turned to them for a virus removal, they were compassionate, educated and friendly. Its good to see that some companies still have the values it takes to operate well.
