Very impressive on the service from Gavin and Sue. Due to the bad espericenc from the previouse loan broker, I decide to have Gavin take care of my case. 1. Willing to spend time woking with you till midnight eventhough it is on Saturday. 2. Always in writing to confirm after verbal promise. I really wish we had gone with another mortgage broker.. but it was too late by the time we found out how INCOMPETENT and UNPROFESSIONAL their services were. Our escrow was delayed and closed late because Gavin (the main broker at Ampac) didn't know how to prepare the paperwork properly !! To make the matters worse, because of the delay our interest rate expired and we were forced to pay a half-point last minute. NEVER AGAIN !!! ...read more
