They don't even deserve one star. The person I spoke with recently was unhelpful and when I asked for him to explain how their on hold system worked he insulted me for not knowing already. I've never dealt with a ruder and more unpleasant person and what's worse he told be he was the owner!! If you're considereing an on hold system I suggest looking elsewhere. It appears service doesn't come with the deal.
