High prices, arrogant.
Can I give a half star? Tony charged $40 for a gel fill which he didn't do as I asked. Fine. He told me to "please not use debit card but write check". Okay, fine. I rarely write checks and went to write one and realized I was out of checks. I said I was and he was going to wipe out my cash on hand for that evening. But, I did put the cash on the counter and as I was fishing in my purse for tip $ he said "what? no tip?" I left $11, left and will NEVER go back there.
