i totally agree i believe that the lady is the manager yet half the time when i walk in she is texting and then i have to wait for her to finally be finished texting to be helped also she will talk to people who work there when they are not even working and then when shes done she will help you its ridiculous

First of all, the location in North Haven, the woman who is usually there during the week is typically on her cell phone, eating or not even at the desk. She doesn't welcome you with a greeting and ignores you until she feels like "dealing with you." Forget it if she is talking to someone because you will have to wait until she is finished. Most of the time you have to wait up to 20 minutes for your bed because they don't have enough. The right thing to do would be to upgrade you for free, but they charge you.
