I have been wearing my Good Feet arch supports for only 2 1/2 weeks and have gone from only being able to stand and/or walk 15 minutes to pushing it 1/2 hour and am now able to go as long as 1 1/2 to 2 hours. FOOT PAIN GONE AMAZING!! I have spinal stenosis, had back surgery in 1999 and had maybe 4 years of relatively pain-free walking and it has gone downhill ever since.
