Pelet Stove
I strongly recommend that you DO NOT do business with this company! My husband and I began working with these people in April of 2008 to purchase a pellet stove. We made our final selection during the beginning of May, 2008 and put a $1000.oo deposit down. From there on in, everything went bad.
Appt to have area in our home measured, etc for installation-- NO SHOW
After continuous calls to the store, most of which were never picked up, or messages left on the phone ( and NOT ONCE returned) we cancelled our order and requested a refund. Finally, December18th 2008 we were given our refund. No apology, explanation or phone call explaining why after 7 months we still did not have our order. I was promised someone would return my call---immediately!! Never once did we get a phone call back from the Trading Post.
Go ANYWHERE to purchase-- customer service at this establishment is nonexistant. Just think of the run-around you will get when something goes wrong with your unit!!
