I purchased a gas stove last year and told them it was for propane gas. They installed the stove and turned it on for me. The stove did not operate properly and covered the side of my house with black soot as it was set up to use natural gas, not propane. They would not pay my repair bill and told me it was my fault. I do not recommend anyone buy a stove from them.

To get your pellet stove serviced is a nightmare. It's bad enough when your new stove doesn't work, but add in service appointments that take two weeks to get is ridiculous.

At first I was impressed with their willingness to help me service and operate an older wood/coal stove but when I made an appt with their Service Person, she insisted she never made an appt with me let alone apologize. Guess I made up the day and time and took the day off from work for nothing.
