The Home Depot

I have tried on at least 10 occasions to get someone to answer the phone at home depot, more often than not the phone just rings with no answer. I often put the phone on the speakerphone and just let it ring. More often than not the ringing stops on it own after about 15 minutes. If I am lucky enough to get someone to answer the phone went they transfer me to the dept I want the whole wait, for an answer that never come occurs again. This happens with the Randallstown and Catonsville Maryland stores. It is very frustrating.
