I ordered an appliance online. They called to schedule delivery but I was not able to pickup my cell phone. I was told to call back within 48hrs or my order would be cancelled. I tried calling back for 3 days (~ 24 times). I either got a message that the call volume was high & to call back later OR I sat on the phone in queue for over an hour before I gave up. I tried calling early AM, mid day and evening. It did not matter. No one would respond to my email inquiries to Customer Service either.
