Dawn is extremely knowledgeable and willing to help you find the book you are looking for, She is great at recommending books especially if you are looking for an author who "writes like ...". She, like many other small business owners, has had her share of struggles in this horrible economy. It's too bad that people have hit her on an obviously bad day. I've never had a rude word from Dawn, in fact, she always greets me with a smile and cheery Hi how are you. And the store is loaded with great reads. Love it.

I can't believe she is still in business!!! My mom has been a customer of hers for about 8 years. We went in today and she scolded and lectured my 74 year old mom just because she asked her a question! And kept yelling and snapping at her until I put the books I WAS going to buy back and told my mother we needed to leave immediatly! The fact that she is still in business is mind blowing!!!! AVOID THIS BOOKSTORE LIKE THE PLAGUE UNLESS YOU ENJOY VERBAL ABUSE AND OUTRIGHT RUDENESS!!
