Scally's Lube & Go

My partner totaled his Lexus last night and Scallys was called by the sheriff. They wanted to charge $110 call fee, $60 cleanup fee , and $5 a mile. We only live 4 miles from the crash site so it was going to be over $180 just to get it towed to the house! On top of that the tow truck driver gets to the end of our dirt road and supposedly made a call to my partners phone. 5 minutes later he leaves!! He had our address there was no reason he couldn't deliver the car. Yes we missed his call but were in contact with him all night at the crash site and after he left. When we call the main office 10 minutes later they said the car was being impounded and now they want us to pay $295 to get the car! There is NO reason at all the driver couldn't deliver the car, the dirt road has a 13 ft. wide clearance and is NOT sugar sand or anything else. NEVER USE SCALLYS
