This contractor, Terry Connelly ripped my daughter off for over $200,000. She had a fire in her home a year ago. The work was started in April & she was told it would be done by end of July. She is also entitled by law to know where her insurance money is spent. Mr Connelly refused to do this. When she questioned certain things that he said there was no money for he got mad & told her she had no right to that info & that her insurance company sucked. She told him to stop work at the house until she got a breakdown of where her money was going. He refused. Cheap materials were used. He also kept the $79,000 contents of house money that was suppose to go to her.He actually told her there was no money for air conditioning or ceiling fans, even tho she had proof that the insurance paid for these things. BEWARE of this contractor. he is a smooth talker. Consumers Affairs & other agencies are involved. he preys on people at there lowest time after a fire~!! Consumers Affairs checked out the house & said it was less than 50% done...yet he has all my daughter's insurance money & is suing her for $100,000 more!
