Perkins Restaurant & Bakery

Have a big complaint,have eaten at this Perkins for years as I am from the area.Last Tuesday,went here for an early supper with my daughter and had possible one of the worse waiting experiences ever.The waitress never "greeted" us,spilled our whole meal on the floor(which I do understand can happen to anyone)but never apoligized,nor did the manager when we told him as we had to wait twice for our meal! WAITED again to PAY for the meal,the waitress"Veronica" I swear was bad of hearing or chose to be so,Had absolutely No personality.We eat out alot,my daughter waited tables for years, the worst service ever,and my meal was Cold to top it all off and she never asked us how things were,and wanted to clear the table before I had even come close to finishing because I ran out of syrup,which i had asked for and she acted like she didnt hear a word!Makes me NOT want to rush back,to the pancakes I used to crave
