I have to say I am impressed by the two reviews of previous people that ran into the man with dreadlocks. His name is Rob, he's a sincere guy and I've gone to that HT in Onalaska since 08 when I moved here. I am sad to say I will be moving soon and will miss seeing Rob whenever I head to HT. The other employees there are always nice and cheerful but as usual customer I have to say that sometimes they push me to try things on or buy something even though I'm not too interested. I took my daughter to spend her birthday money last night and she is a huge fan of this store. While there she dropped a 50 dollar bill on the floor and we were unaware of it. We had left and went to the food court to get something to eat. While there a man with dreadlocks that works at Hot Topic came walking up to give my daughter the fifty dollars she had dropped on the floor. I can not express enough how impressed I was by this!!! He actually tracked us down in the mall to give this back to her!!What a wonderful employee and honest man. Hot Topic is lucky to have such an honest employee. I have been to many hot topics in my life but none ever as good as this one in the mall they have a great selection of band t's and there workers are great, they have a man with dreadlocks who works there and he is great he guides you to what you need and he makes simple conversation with you hes a great buissness man ...read more
