We worked with them on a basement finish about. 2 years ago . The communication. From them was very poor but the end product was excellent . We then contacted. Dave Rau to do built ins for our bedroom about 4 weeks ago . He came out to do an initial site review and promised a quote within 1 week but nothing from him . I called and he stated he got too busy . He promised something about 1 week again but nothing again. He now will not even return my calls . I guess the job is too small. I wish he would have told me this in the first place. I am very surprised he would treat a repeat customer so poor.
