My Nail Tech

My Nail Tech has been the nail shop that I have gone to for the past year. I haved been completely satisfied with the job that they do, and also, the staff is very friendly. The prices are a little high, but well worth it for the service that you recieve.

My 16 year old daughter was in this salon with her friend who was having her nails done. The manager /owner called my daughter over to show other people her nails. She then proceeded to tell her how ugly her nails were and announced this loudly across the store. I have confirmed this with other patrons that were present. I called to speak with the owner who would only verify her name was Kim. She was unwilling to provide a last name. When I asked if this was how she conducted business, she said "well they were ugly" If you are looking for a salon where the management encourages ridiculing the customers , you couldn't ask for a better place.
