My 16 year old daughter was in this salon with her friend who was having her nails done. The manager /owner called my daughter over to show other people her nails. She then proceeded to tell her how ugly her nails were and announced this loudly across the store. I have confirmed this with other patrons that were present. I called to speak with the owner who would only verify her name was Kim. She was unwilling to provide a last name. When I asked if this was how she conducted business, she said "well they were ugly" If you are looking for a salon where the management encourages ridiculing the customers , you couldn't ask for a better place.
