Mountain Valley Apartments

Pretty place to have a apartment complex, but horrible staff!! Go to the District! People are way nice and the new management company is AWESOME!

This place has a terrible location, rude staff and limited availability of servicemen if something breaks down...like for instance Air Conditioning in the hottest summer ever. We were without air conditioning for 2 weeks during a 90 degree+ heatwave. The staff told us there was nothing they could do because the units were under warranty and the repairmen had to drive up from CHARLOTTE NC! When we called down to let them know our air conditioning was broken the woman at the front desk acted like our problem was a big inconvenience for HER! Live here at your own peril. You have been warned.

We fell in love with this apartment initially. Then we moved here. While the community as a whole is great, and we really don't have any complaints with neighbors; the management is definitely lacking in communication, follow-through, and overall organization. I would probably recommend The District (less than a mile down the road).
