Missie Jurick Photography

We love Missie and have booked 3 annual sessions with her, regardless of which state we are living in at the time. She is warm and outgoing and puts everyone at ease before, during and after the photo shoot. Sessions with Missie are fun and relaxed. She is talented, capable and has a flair for the non-traditional. We love her creative spirit and how she captures the essence of each member of our family through her lens. We come away with so many great shots from each session, that we end up creating photo books every time. They are treasured family keepsakes that are viewed and shared quite often. Missie also has great customer service and tailors the photos to your requests and needs. She is phenomenal and a pleasure to work with all the way around!

Missie is AWESOME! We have had four sessions booked with Missie over the last two years and have been amazed at the quality of her work, her level of creativity, and her patient spirit. I have a hubby that doesn't like to take pics and two teen boys who have their dad's attitude. Missie kept them laughing and truly took an interest in what they wanted their pics to look like. My son's senior pics stand in a class on their own. Taken in the desert at sunset with Will in a tux sitting on a throne like chair.....very James Bond. We used them as graduation announcements. Our last session with Missie, she captured my husband's change of command and created a book of the day for us. We will treasure it always as she captured the shots that were truly important to us. Looking forward to our next session with Missie when she travels to DC. You won't find a better photographer!

We absolutely loved working with Missie. She was our wedding photographer, and she took the time to interview us as a couple, to get to know us, and find out what kind of pictures would best capture our relationship. She was very flexible, and listened to my ideas, but then when my creativity ended, hers really jumped in! She got so many interesting and fun shots, and even helped orchestrate some of the most precious parts of my wedding day (like when hubby and I saw each other for the first time that day!) I am truly blessed that Missie was able to so beautifully capture my wedding day forever.
