I considers myself a smart shopper, and since we were buying a new house, and getting ready for the holidays, we started shopping around. I had gone to like 3 other places last weekend, looking to store our stuff until we could move into our new house in January. Once I got here, after talking with the manager, and seeing the units, we both quickly realized that this was the place for us. For the most part, storage units are storage units, other than sizes. But once we got to talking with the manager, we realized this was the place because we felt like she actually cared about our stuff, and her own job. Every thing we own is going to be in that unit, and you have got to go with your gut feeling about how is watching over it! She was patient, and showed us several units, explained the differences, and even gave us unloading tips so that when we need to get stuff out, it wouldnt be a headache. She understood that we were looking around but did not pressure us. She was kind, warm and caring, even giving my children something to drink . Sometimes you have to go with customer service and how you are treated, rather than the absolute rock bottom prices. You can tell the employees there actually like working there and they seemed to know their other customers by name too! They were $5 more than the other places, but we feel much safer with our stuff here. ...read more

SecurCare are the most GREEDY people I have run across in a very long time. I would never recomend anyone to use this business. They try to act like they are doing you a favor when all the while they are getting over on you. The 800 number call center has professional speaking people but the the office on Rim road employs a rude unprofessional sales person along with the area manger who is equally as unprofessional.
