Medieval Gift Shop

The service rep at the store left us walking around for a few minutes; after taking an older white couple as well as afew phone calls before he even addressed us, he proceeded to move on to a set of childern that came in after us and, only after determining that they were too young to provide service to, asked us what we would like. My husband whom I was with very particularly pointed out the itemS that he wanted to purchase (totaling more than $200) and waited while the man fidgeted with the keys to the cases. About 15 (FIFTEEN!!!) SECONDS after my husband placed his order and was waiting on the SR, the (apparently) older siblings of the chidren there earlier (and still standing there looking at what they wanted) came into the store, cash in hand, asking what the problem was and what they wanted. Upon spotting the money, the attendant hurriedly asked us to hold on, spoke to the young man, and then asked us if we MINDED WAITING MORE. We left FURIOUS. He's DISRESPECTFUL & GREEDY!!!!
