McDonald Hearing Aid

I too was subjected to their practices of not honoring the 30 day return policy. The CA. Licensing Board, The Better Business Bureau, and an Attorney all had to get involved. McDonald Hearing ignored letters, emails, phone calls form BBB. See BBB reports! It took six months to get my money back. AVOID this business. Assume all "perfect" ratings were written by the owners!! They are very polished and will try to wear you down. Extremely frustrating experience! See real BBB rating on BBB site. Don't believe their advertising!!
