I ordered carpet three weeks ago, and i still have not heard from installer, last week i purchased a kitchen counter top from you, and the salesman who helped me, told me that the installer had recived the carpet and should be calling on monday 6/26/2011 My wife called Home Depot on Monday and spoke to Brenda, Brenda indicated that she would personaly check on carpet and promised to call back. Brenda did not call. My wife called again on tuesday and a representaive assured us she would find out when we could expect installation, that representative never called back. I called today at 4:25 and spoke to Glenda who forwarded me to Marks voice mail his message indicated that hours were 9:00 to 5:00 for information on installations. WHERE IS MY CARPET.

I am very very disatified with a qoute i got from your employee Jim Jackson.For a 24 by 28 garage.I wentwith home depot qoute because it was about $300.00 cheaper.However Jim has left off many items i had to have.I have had to make sevaral trips to your store and purchase more items.Pushing the cost above other quotes i had.Plus having to stop work while i had to go get items that should have been on quote.Is this the way you do buisness??I feel like i was deceived to purchase your quote on purpoes just to get my buiness.However you have made sure i will never purchase another package from your store and will tell everyone i know about it.I would really like to hear a rerspose to this.When i was at your store i got the feeling like no one cared.IS THIS THE WAY IT IS?????
