RUDE
They do not deserve a 1star. Called to try and make an appointment and a Janet answered the phone every rude and unprofessional. When asked when they are available she started to speak to me like I was slow. Will NEVER call again. If this is how you speak to the customer over the phone how do you handle the kids?????????
