I WAS ONCE A TENANT GOD SPARED ME IN MY KIDS TO GET OUT PRAY HE DOES THE SAME FOR U. DON'T BE AFRAID TO LEAVE FLINT ANIT NOTHING BUT CHILDREN LEAVIN UP THERE NOW SO DRAMA U WANT WHEN LIVING IN FLINT GARDENS THTS WHAT U WILL GET WITH STEPHANIE AN THE TENANTS. PRAY PRAY PRAY PRAY IS ALL I CAN SAY IN TAKE THESE REVIEWS UNTO YOUR MIND THERE TRUE. IF U GET A APARTMENT U WILL FIND THT STEPHANIE IS A WITCH AN DUE TIME. BEWARE PPL OF THE WORLD BEWARE

These apartments haven't been remolded since they were built. The bathrooms are so out of date. They have the same tubs, toilets,and sinks that have been there for years. You can see the pipe under the sink in the bathroom because there is no cabinet there. The kitchen cabinets are old. They have kind of different cabinet knobs that don't match. Some of the apts have tile on the floors and if a piece breaks they just add another non-matching one in that spot. THEY CAN REALLY USE AN-UPGRADE. BUT STEPHANIE IS PUTTING ALL THE MONEY IN HER AND HER HUSBAND POCKETS. Her assistant is related to her and have her small kids in the apt office throughout the day while she is on the clock working. It's a mess up there.

NOT RECOMMENDABLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THIS IS A PLACE FOR PEOPLE THAT LOVE TO HANG OUT, THUGS, STREET PEOPLE. I ADVISE ANY NICE DECENT PERSON THAT IS LOOKING FOR A GOOD PLACE TO LIVE TO BYPASS FLINT GARDEN!!!
