I'm glad Eric never showed up to bid my hot tub install, turns out he had 6 code violations in 8 months, possibly a washington state record.

I did some work for "Eye Electric" under the direction of Mr. Eric Yurk, all and all some fence repair, tree trimming and trench work at his business property (1021 Mason st). He ONLY paid the $300 for the trench work, then backed out of a $2000 tree trim job and didnt pay me the $500 on the fence work that I completed.

Previous to this, he owed me $175 for over a year, then finally paid it and talked me into all this work. I realized half way through that he was broke and had no money, I would've lost a ton if I had not caught his bluff. In retrospect, I feel pretty dumb because I should have seen it coming. ALWAYS GET A CONTRACT!
