I wondered why Eric never showed up to bid my hottub install like we had talked about bartering for... Then I realized he's not planning on bartering or paying up for what he owes me. I did some hired maintenance work for "Eye Electric" under the direction of Mr. Eric Yurk, all in all some fence repair, tree trimming and trench work at his business property (1021 Mason st). He ONLY paid the $300 for the trench work, then backed out of a $2000 tree trim job (half done) and didnt pay me the $500 on the fence work that I completed (as promised to this day). Previous to this, he owed me $175 for over a year, then finally paid it and talked me into all this work. I realized half way through that he was broke and had no money. 'm sure glad that he didnt barter with me or get paid to do the hottub wiring, after researching the L&I website I discovered that Eric had over 6 code violations in less than 1 year of starting Eye Electric, oh my.
