VERY DISSATISFIED. After spending near $1400 on repairs after being told our 2000 Focus was a good car and they could fix it it had to go back twice and still wasn't right. We finally had to pay someone else to figure out what was wrong. We were offered to have him take the parts out to get our money back and were forced to pay someone else to find and fix what they could not figure out. They didn't listen to explanations of what the car was doing and repeatedly missed issues, leaks and couldn't get the repairs right. They missed things that were wrong. While the people were nice, that doesn't get you down the road driving and satisfied. They never did get it right and we are out near $1400 and have to pay ssomeone else to fix it and their screw ups. The owner had no problem pointing out what the previous repair man did wrong as well. I would find another repair shop before taking your car here because they just didn't come across as competent and all that experienced.
