Elegante Nails Spa

This is the worst nail place I've ever been to in my life. I got acrylics and you know it takes 10 minutes tops to have your hands soak in the stuff to remove them. The guy up front took me and then put my nails into the remover. He and everyone else continued to help everyone else that walked in besides me. I decided to time it and I sat there from 5:20pm-6:00pm! I was getting bored so I began to pick my nails and one of the ladies came over and handed me a scraper as for me to keep doing it by myself! So at 6pm a nice man named Doung finally helped me and took off my nails. When it was time to pay he charged me $10 to remove it for 5 minutes! So I get home and call them and I talk to the manger/owner Vivan who is a complete and total idiot. She defended all her employees and on top of that she straight up said "Oh we don't want to sit there and take people who only give $5 tips you know" I'm so fed up I hung up on her and refuse to return there ever again.
