This place is awful. With so many other higher end hospitals in the area I don't know why anyone would go here. In the emergency room they are totally disorganized and the workers sitting around while everyone is impatiently waiting. When you get to the room, it's like the dark ages with double occupancy rooms. You have no privacy and your roomate and thier visitors know everything about you. Can you picture giggling behind the curtain as the doctor says I need to preform a rectal. And the pleasure of running to the bathroom after your roomate puked and it wasn't cleaned up properly. While there were lovely nurses, there were just as many rude and snappy nurses. You see a different resient each time and get to re-explain your entire story over and over again because they don't talk to each other. They have no bedside manner. I won't be going back unless someone has ripped out my vocal cords and I can't say otherwise.

Easton Hospital almost cost me my life. I had a heart attack and they could not diagnose it. Spent seven hours in emergency before leaving. They diagnosed me as having a gastrinal problem. My complete experience can be found on my website at http://www.poconopcrepair.com/eastonhospital.html - I would not take my dog to Easton Hospital. Not only were they not competent, they are ripping off insurance companies. And this is the real problem with health care in the United States. A bunch of money grubbing hospitals and insurance companies.
FYI - My brother is a doctor of emergency medicine.
