Went in for my annual exam with the goal of getting birth control. I already knew what I wanted and got the same prescription for the same type of pills I had taken for the past two years. So I give them 3 stars for just doing that while also giving me an appointment within two weeks of calling. Thats pretty unheard of and that part was awesome. However the office got a decent portion of my information switched around on my registration forms and even spelled the name of my town wrong after I had handwritten it correctly and given her my driver's license to copy everything from. The forms are confusing but I'm also pretty sure they recorded my height wrong as well. The nurse who saw me was friendly but then decided I needed an "abstinence only" speech to brush me up on my sex ed. Fine, whatever, left a bad taste in my mouth but go ahead. Then its almost April 2016, and I realize I'm running out of my prescription a full four weeks before my next scheduled exam. I hadn't skipped a placebo week, they just shorted me a pack of pills. A year's supply of 4-week birth control packs comes out to 13 packs. (13x4=52 whereas 12x4=48). There are 52 weeks in a year guys. Just too many little mistakes for my favor. Anyway I've called the Allentown/Bethlehem office (not sure their numbers are confusing) and they were all super friendly, gave me an extension on my prescription and I rescheduled my appointment for the Bethlehem facility. Here's hoping for a better experience. Also the number above will tell you its not active anymore, they will tell you to call: 484-526-3060 except thats for children's health. Having a hard time finding the number for the place I went, gotta cancel that annual gyno exam in Easton in lieu of the new on I made for Bethlehem. ...read more

This place is awful. With so many other higher end hospitals in the area I don't know why anyone would go here. In the emergency room they are totally disorganized and the workers sitting around while everyone is impatiently waiting. When you get to the room, it's like the dark ages with double occupancy rooms. You have no privacy and your roomate and thier visitors know everything about you. Can you picture giggling behind the curtain as the doctor says I need to preform a rectal. And the pleasure of running to the bathroom after your roomate puked and it wasn't cleaned up properly. While there were lovely nurses, there were just as many rude and snappy nurses. You see a different resient each time and get to re-explain your entire story over and over again because they don't talk to each other. They have no bedside manner. I won't be going back unless someone has ripped out my vocal cords and I can't say otherwise. ...read more
