First visit with Dr. Beck and for a wisdom tooth extraction of all things. (Previously had seen Dr. Metnes). Dr. Beck was patient, kind and gentle... I'm a nervous patient and it was important to have his calmness yesterday. I'm soooo happy with the
treatment, meeting him & staff and happy to know I found my new dentist! (Almost) looking forward to my followup cleaning/consult in a month.

I feel the guy who said "No truth in advertising" & gave me an F is way off base.I just couldn't sit still & be vilified. Please know I truly do care.We try hard to provide excellent dentistry &special care to all.If things do not go as planned,we make it right.In fact,our policy is to"Make it Right."We do not give cash refunds.Even if we did,Chris would not be due one because,his tooth is happy healthy , & has a nice root canal,filling,& crown.That is what he paid for,that is what he got.It is unfair that his neg review does not mention his tooth is now pain free& is nicely restored.We never say a patient gets free dentistry if they are not 100% satisfied!We would love it if everyone were100% happy & we try to make it so but it is very hard to please everyone.What Chris is asking for would be like him buying a set of 4 tires, driving away & then asking for all of his money back because he didn't like the attitude of the clerk,but with him keeping the tires!Yes, it is that ridiculous
