I purchased a Groupon for services and it took 3 months to get in for my first appointment. Ok, maybe they were very busy because of the special. When I arrived for my first appointment the staff was 20 minutes late in arriving and opening the store because it snowed. I scheduled all of my remaining 5 appointments at once so I wouldn't have booking issues but they still had to reschedule me. Here it is time for my 4th appointment which I even confirmed last month and they once again call to say there is a conflict and they need to reschedule. They never replied to my immediate return phone call. I have now shown up to the store front waiting to see when I will get in and there is no employees here. Interesting that there is another customer waiting in the sun with me and she has the same appointment time as me but there is no sign of staff. Truly unprofessional. I can understand that emergencies do happen but not with 3 out of 4 appointments. Kelly is the only positive here. ...read more

A mental case, named Shaunte ran around the halls screaming at people..no one was immune to this girl's psychotic behavior including myself. This school temporarily moved her to nights and than back on to days Anonymous is 100% correct. I was interrupted with complete unprofessionalism, immaturity, and ignorance more than once during my time at this school and, more than once, I told them that I wanted to leave. The Director told me that I couldn't do that because it would hurt their accreditation....Well, I finally did and I REGRET EVER EVER GOING TO THIS SCHOOL. I WISH THAT I NEVER ATTENDED THIS SCHOOL FOR SO MANY REASONS. ONE OF THE BIGGEST REASONS IS THAT MY MALTESE WAS KILLED AFTER BEING NONSTOP HARASSED IN THE HOTEL ROOM WHILE I WAS ATTENDING THIS PRESCHOOL FOR YOUNG MENTALLY UNDERDEVELOPED ADULTS.
