Cedar Cliff Apartments

First off, I don't live here (stay with me!) but I went visiting my friend and stayed a while. Most of my time spent there, there were people diligently mowing the lawns and picking up trash and everywhere looked so neat. The residents I met in the elevator, taking the stairs, sitting by the lounge and by the pool were warm, nice and friendly. The hallways were neat and there was no issue of noise from neighbors and soft music played in the background walking in the hallways. Pool was clean, so was the laundry room. Trash was in the basement so away from sight. . Security is great too, as you have to buzz the resident you came to visit to unlock the door to let you in. Heater, my friend says is free in the winter. Overall, I would live here if I ever move to Bloomington, MN!

Hi, my mother lives in Cedar Cliff apartments and let me tell you.. The apartment manager is in EVERYONES personal business, people cannot have visitors come and go, without being being stared/glared at upon being buzzed in to the building. I have been watched by both Linda and Brenda, stared, glared at and even questioned! This is horrible, tennants must feel like they are in jail! I would NEVER want to live in a place like this!
