Cablevision

I've been a cablevision customer for many years. In the early days, I would experience loss of service from time to time, but during the past several years, the service has been very good. I have enjoyed having hi-def channels at no extra cost and I especially like the DVR service, although I do think the interface for that service could be a lot better. This is why I am not giving a five star rating. AT this time, I have the Optimum Triple Play. The phone service has been very good and I really like being able to check my messages on line when I'm out of town.. The cable internet service is good, but download speeds are not quite what I'd hoped for since switching from DSL. IMHO, there is no discernable differnence in speed. The one thing I like best about Cablevision as opposed to Verizon DSL is that the support lines are manned by AMERICANS who are actually knowledgeable about my equipment and services and well versed in my language!

once he gets you he forgets you its been three weeks no call back . why even his supervisor never call back. they are the worest.
