after making a online reservation on their website for 6 people at 7:30, we were told when we arrived that online reservations over constantly overlooked! we showed them our confirmation and the response was "next time call" after speaking with hostesses and a manager we ended up waiting at the bar until 9:15 before being seated. at this point the music is starting and the lights go way down. we order dinner and had to use our phone flashlights to eat by. our server was very good, not her fault everything else stunk! the manager failed to check back with us after all we had been through. never offered to buy us a drink or dessert over the huge inconvenience caused by their complete negligence and lack of management. when planning a night out with friends, SKIP THIS PLACE. ...read more

I ordered a different filet dish and here is what happened: 1. The filet came SLICED. I have never in my life been served a filet pre-sliced. 2. The meat was not cooked how I ordered it which was medium rare. It didn't look it but I tasted it just to be sure before saying something. When I asked the waiter to have the kitchen redo it he went away and 5 minutes later the maitre'd came back and ASKED ME TO PLEASE LEAVE MY TABLE AND GO INTO HER OFFICE SO I COULD LOOK AT THE STEAK UNDER BETTER LIGHTING TO PROVE TO ME THAT IT WAS MEDIUM RARE!!! She argued with me!!! When I refused and told her that if that was there version of medium rare then she should go back to the kitchen and order it rare, she went away. Two minutes later a SECOND WOMAN APPEARED ALSO INSISTING IT WAS MEDIUM RARE AND THAT I SHOULD GET UP AND LOOK UNDER OTHER LIGHTS!!!!!! What restaurant in the world asks this of their customers?
