I had a blowout on the way to work in Bergen County, and called AAA which contacted Dynasty. Although I had made arrangements with AAA and a mechanic near my home to receive the car, the Dynasty tow operator wanted to tow it elsewhere. He eventually agreed to tow my car to my mechanic, and started putting my car on his tow. After I left to go to work, he called me back to say that he wasn't towing my car, and he was leaving it on the street.
