I called to set up an appointment to get a window replaced, talked to someone who set up a time, but no one showed up. I called back, left a message, and received a call back from Collin who said he'd stop by the next day. He did and gave me an estimate, but said he'd check on other options for reglazing if possible. I never heard back from him. I called twice in the next week and a half, but heard nothing back. It's now more than three weeks since the first appointment and I still need my window fixed. In my experience, these people are incompetent and need to get serious about their business. I am going to call the window companies they represent and tell them about their lack of professionalism.
