I called to set up an appointment to get a window replaced, talked to someone who set up a time, but no one showed up. I called back, left a message, and received a call back from Collin who said he'd stop by the next day. He did and gave me an estimate, but said he'd check on other options for reglazing if possible. I never heard back from him. I called twice in the next week and a half, but heard nothing back. It's now more than three weeks since the first appointment and I still need my window fixed. Im not sure what the other two reviewers are smoking... I am assuming they are fake reviews by some competitor in the market, or a completely ignorant contractor. Trimlite does NOT sell directly to homeowners or contractor's they are a wholesaler and importer. As someone who DOES buy from them ( among other suppliers ) i can say with actual experience that they do honor warranties quickly and efficiently. However, as the previous person was so kind to admit. It is generally the MANUFACTURER that is responsible for warranties... So that would be Plastpro in his case. I have also dealt with warranties directly through plastpro ( though not a lot since plastpro is the nicest fiberglass door on the market) and have had a very easy time there as well. Bottom line if you actually are privileged enough to be a customer of trimlites, you know they are quality. If you are buying a trimlite product through a dealer it is a quality product at a good price. ...read more
