Aventine Apts

I unfortunately moved here, new to LA. Little did I realize the apartment was over prices, poorly maintained and had cockroaches. The pipes burst in the apartment overhead, ruined my mattress. The apartment flooded multiple times due to poor insulation from the floors. The manager at the time was absolutely horrible. They kept my deposit because of the floods stating I had to pay for the damage of the carpets that had been ruined by the multiple flooding. There was a mold problem that they refused to take care of: due to the floods. The worst place I have ever lived in by far. Do not move here.
