Brite Star Manufacturing

I purchased a box of Candy canes, set of five strung together last year. When I put them up this year the last two on the string did not light up. I called the company on Dec, 4/15 and spoke to a lady about the problem. She asked for the product code which I gave her and she told me she would call me back. A week later, besides the last two not lighting up , now the third cane only lights up half way. Still no call back from Brite Star. Very poor Quality, and Customer relations. Would not recommend this Company's products , nor will I ever purchase from them again.
