Do you sell tinsel for Christmas trees? Or some people call them icikles. They are the thin silver strands you place on your trees. A box used to cost $1.

I purchased a box of Candy canes, set of five strung together last year. When I put them up this year the last two on the string did not light up. I called the company on Dec, 4/15 and spoke to a lady about the problem. She asked for the product code which I gave her and she told me she would call me back. A week later, besides the last two not lighting up , now the third cane only lights up half way. Still no call back from Brite Star. Very poor Quality, and Customer relations. Would not recommend this Company's products , nor will I ever purchase from them again.

I've been trying to find your Brite Star Icicles. I can't seem to find them any where. Please help!!!

I bought 2 boxes of 6 candles. 10 work, 1 flickers, and 1 does not work at all. By the time I mail you the 2 defective ones and you mail me them back, Christmas will be over. Can you replace them now?

I purchased 7 set of Santa Pathmarkers last year, when I went to put them up this year the pole that holds Santa stays in the ground but Santa will not stay on the pole. When I called the company they wanted me send them back with my receipt where I purchased them. They ae not worth the money they cost me.
