The Washington Post did a little experiment by having Joshua Bell playing on his $3.5 million Violin in a subway station. Nobody recognized him, a few threw a couple of bucks in his bucket only a few kids wanted to stop and listen, but their parents pulled them along. So the question was how much do we miss as we are hurrying along, how much beauty, how many opportunities, how many contacts.
I know, we are all so busy all the time we don't have time to stop and smell the roses.A lot of us do the same thing in business, we are so busy working in the business, there simply is no time to work on the business. That is very unfortunate.
