Is it possible to spot reduce when losing weight, without surgery? Seems the first place I gain and the last place I lose is the mid section regardless to the number of sit ups I do daily.In a word...NO, you cannot spot lose; no matter how many sit ups you do...it will not change how much body fat you have there.
