On April 10, 2012 Rob Maxwell became the Executive Director of Colonial Villa.  Rob began as a resident assistant in 2003, working as a Private Duty Aide and Medication Assistance before taking over the Business Office in 2004.  Rob is a Midland native and graduate of Bullock Creek High School.  He spent sixteen years in Washington State before returning to Michigan in 2002.  He is an avid gardener and amateur naturalist.
